Ivana Carapic
Ivana Carapic is a seasoned Business Development and Strategy Director with over a decade of international experience. Most recently, she served as Senior Strategy Chief of Staff to the Equity Partner at a prestigious Swiss private bank, where she led strategic initiatives to grow the UHNWI client base, forge key partnerships with institutions offering a wide array of services, and expand into new market segments across MENA.
Her track record of success includes identifying market leaders and institutions in various financial services that UHNWIs need, and forging partnerships to expand the offerings of the Swiss private bank. This experience provided her with deep exposure to the banking landscape of the UAE, a comprehensive understanding of private banking solutions available to clients, and insight into which service providers lead the market. She also led the negotiation on a high-level joint venture with a regional bank to enter the markets of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
In addition to her work in private banking, Ivana's experience spans evaluating private asset opportunities, including ventures tied to globally disruptive companies, such as those associated with Elon Musk. Before her tenure in private banking, she held leadership roles in prominent business intelligence firms, including The Economist Intelligence, advising C-level executives and driving business development across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific.

Ana Vukcevic
Ana Vukcevic is a well-established multilingual attorney with over a decade of experience, notably recognized for her leadership role within the family office of an ultra-high-net-worth individual. In this position, she was responsible for structuring both the family office and corporate operations, ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions worldwide, and providing strategic legal advice on international projects. Her work included setting up global bank accounts, advising on asset management, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, all while ensuring efficiency and alignment with broader family and business objectives.
Ana’s expertise also extends to her current role as a legal advisor to major oil and gas trading companies, where she specializes in sanction compliance, maritime law, and employment regulations. She frequently negotiates and drafts contracts for complex oil and gas transactions, showcasing her ability to manage high-stakes deals.
Previously, Ana held a prominent position at the internationally renowned Schoenherr Attorneys at Law, where she focused on real estate, renewable energy, and corporate/M&A projects. Her accomplishments earned her recognition as a Rising Star by "Legal 500." Ana’s extensive knowledge and leadership continue to drive success in navigating complex legal landscapes on both local and global levels.
